A new machine arrived to our facility from Japan. The touch panel was original setup for Japanese. I went in and changed the language to English and set the default language # in the panel manager under setup to 2 (in this case 1 is Japanese). I also simulated the screens in Cmore and they appear in English. I have cleared the memory and reset the panel to default and reloaded the project. It shows English for 5 seconds then converts back to Japanese. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks!!

It is probably coming from the PLC.
The OEM probably has a predetermined way to switch languages. However, if you can't figure that out, then just eliminate the select language word from your HMI.

It is a EA7-T6C touch panel bought from automation direct.
