I see the box for retentative when I'm creating an internal tag, but my tags all get wiped out if I load a program to the screen (loading the same program again). Is there any way to make the internal tags not erase when a new program is uploaded? Along the same lines is there a way to set the internal tags with a 'default ' setting in the programming software?

The only way I know to do this right now is to use the event manager to write a constant into the tag using the SYS BIT ON as the Event Tag and a Tag Action type to write the value.
This way the Value is written into the Tag upon power up.
This is not exactly what you are looking for, but it may work for you.
It would be a good idea for us to give the ability to enter a constant or default value for Internal Tags.
