C-more programming software error

I get the following error: ????? 'BORLNDMM.DLL '????? 011943BB ????? 0C186C5C ?????????????????. Please advise! It is a pop-up that cccurs in the "message database " window.

Can we get more details on how to duplicate this error? Either post them here, or call or email or technical support department. The quicker we can duplicate this the quicker we can fix it.

Prior to my original post I was able to replicate it and get the same error message. I just tried again and it did not occur. The way I got it the first two times was to click on 'select default attributes ' then change a few with the 'use defaul (or what ever it says). Then when I clicked 'close ' it faulted.

I can not seem to duplicate this error. Do know if there is anything other information that will help?

I was having all kinds of trouble with the software and had to install on a different laptop. Perhaps, if you can't trace the error via all those questionmarks, then it was a fluke related to all the trouble I was having. I have not seen the error since.

Have gotten a similar error three times in a row now. It occurs by doing what I referenced below. The error looks like this now:
????? 'mFC42u.DLL '????? 7283ECBD ????? FFFFFFF4 ?????????????????.
I'm on the new laptop. Please advise. The first time it shut down C-more and prompted the send error log to...
The 2nd time it locked C-more completely. However, I was able to open another C-more application.
The 3rd time...same as the 2nd.
Going to try restarting and see if I can get by this.
I just read a recent post about someone else having problems with the Message Database (for me within Lookup Text). Are there any known problems?

Here is what happened with the lockup. You cannot hit the OK or Cancel buttons at the bottom of the "lookup text " box. You have to click the C-more box in the "Window tray " at the bottom and then hit the Esc key.

By the way restarting had no effect. I still am not allowed to select a previous entry as a default attribute.

Have you been able to mimic this? I'm still getting the same error even with the newest version. This happens even in new projects.

Occurs when trying to "set as default attributes " within the "message database " within a "lookup text " box. It does not occur when you select "message database " from the "database " at the top drop down.
