Eztouch ethernet adapter

I keep getting an "Ethernet Adapter Card not Responding " error message. The lights on the ethernet card are lit up and the activity light does show action. I can even upload and download programs to the panel but when a button is pressed it gives the error message. Any quick fixes?

I think i fixed it. Got a little rammy installing the card and bent one of the little pins over.
