hello gents i just bought the EZ-TOUCH software to support the validation activities on our plant. altough this my first EZ-TOUCH experience, i do have experience on other type of panels... i just installed the software on my Win XP SP2 PC at work. i do open the example project and then go to print report. Check all the options and when the Printer Selection screen is supposed to come out, the application crashes... the event viewer text is the following: Event Type: Information Event Source: Application Popup Event Category: None Event ID: 26 Date: 03/29/2005 Time: 1:21:58 PM User: N/A Computer: CIDWD-00000577 Description: Application popup: EZTouch - : EZTouch.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c911404 " referenced memory at "0xfffffffb ". The memory could not be "read ".
