Anyone experienced an issue with not being able to access the setup screens with a project loaded? I 've tried upper left corner, as the manual states, until my finger hurts. Just won't go into setup???? Thanks

It is in the upper left corner. You have to get your finger right up into the corner. It's a small square.
If you continue to have a difficult time accessing that square, you may want to go into the setup and run the touch screen calibration setup.

I 've also had this problem. I use the end of a retracted ball point pen to get to it most of the time. I heard something about enlarging the area, but I don't know if that was rumor or if it will really happen.

Thanks guys. Would have loved to check it further but the panel shop had it all day completing the enclosure. I did calibrate the screen originally with PDA stylus but for whatever reason, maybe fat fingers, I couldn't get it to go into setup. Tomorrows another day!
Thanks Again

I also cannot access the setup screens. I have tried and tried, but I get nothing. We can't all be this stupid.

The setup screen activation area is rather small. We hoped by being small it would not interfere with most screen applications. However, due to the problems you are having, we are planning to increase the size of the area or make changes that would activate the setup screen in a much easier fashion. Until that time, the best way to access the active area is to start in the upper left hand corner just off of the screen and work the finger toward the center of the screen until it activates the setup screen.

Glad to see I'm not an idiot, but I do have a sore finger.Bigger would be a good thing.
Hey Tech Guy, What about having a hot key during start up like with a bios setup? This would make it a breeze but would need password protected.

OK, I got it. I didn't see the addendum that said to only press the upper left and to hold it down for 3 seconds.

FYI
You add a setup screen button (great on your maintenance screens) using a key button.
Select Object->Button->Key Button
Select Send Key Code->(pulldown Panel Setting)
Now when the button is pressed they go to the setup screen.

Also, on the latest release, we increased the size of the area in the upper left corner by 50%.
