If I had a project that I wanted to do on Raspberry pi and use P1000 modules, I'd use a P1AM-100 as an interface. There are a number of ways the two could communicate, one could but the pi in a DIN rail case right nest to the P1AM and use SPI which might give maximum performance? Or use an asynchronous serial connection, or possibly the Ethernet shield,
