P2000 Datalogger Stops Logging
I currently have two P2000 PLCs both running the datalogger and storing about 8 points at 1 min interval and creating monthly files. I have a 32GB microSD installed and the loggers have been running trouble free for about a year. I went to collect my monthly logs on each today and neither had created the log file for April data. I tried took the SD out of each and put them back in but a new file didn't start. Any ideas as to why my loggers have stopped working? How can I get them to run again?
I would recommend moving any files to your PC then reformatting each SD card. This sometimes will clear up the issue.
Would a smaller SD card be a better option? Now that I know what size files that are created each month, 4GB would store 66 years worth of data.

Not necessarily. Just make sure you format the card FAT32.
