Productivity V3.6.1.2 odd behavior in monitor
I upgraded two projects 3.6.1.2 and am experiencing an odd behavior in monitor. Almost all instructions are showing there status just fine but in both projects i have 2 simple timers and a network write that are not showing there values in the monitor but they are in the data view. I have other simple timers that are working just fine.
I believe it has something to do with the a network write instruction as both ladders that display this issue have a network write instruction in them. I moved the network write to it's own ladder in one of the programs and the timers started showing there values just fine in monitor. The network write is still not showing it's values in monitor.
I put in (2)STMR and (1) WX into a task and they both show all monitored values without issue.
What version software were the old projects created in?
Have you tried creating a new project and copying and pasting into this project the same ladder. Does it still not monitor correctly on those instructions?
I would recommend sending in both your original projects and 3.6.1.2 system reports into tech support by using the contact support form so we can try to duplicate here on our end.
I can verify I am having the same issues running 3.6.1.2 in 2 separate projects and separate laptops. Network read/writes are present in both tasks. Please escalate this as tech support believes it is unique to my computer/projects.
I created a project from scratch in 3.6.1.2 and it displays the same behavior. I have taken to putting network writes in there own ladder.
@z28z34man (Customer) Did you create a support case and send in your project exhibiting the issue? Were they able to duplicate?
