April 2020 - Productivity Suite V3.6 Software Release
We are pleased to announce we have released version 3.6 of our Productivity Suite Software. Additional features include:
User Defined Structures
UDS nesting up to four levels deep
Supports arrays of UDS
Remote PID Tune – PID tuning from a HMI panel or SCADA
New I/O View layout in Data View
Edit instruction tags from Ladder View

When I use the new download section of the website, I cannot get the software to download.
I keep getting the following:
It will not start the download.
Windows 7 32 and 64 bit machines.
Windows 10
Chrome browser.
Any suggestions?

We have someone looking into it. I did try the same thing it did download, but took about 20 min. I did not get the windows indicator at the bottom of the screen that anything was happening so I thought it was hosed also. We have them looking into why it takes so long and will keep you updated.

It took a long time but it eventually downloaded as you said.

Our web team has done some work. It is much faster now. What was taking 20 min is now 4 for me and you have an indicator to show the progress and how much time it is left.

Just an FYI.
This version has been temporarily removed due to a problem found with retentive memory project transfer handling.
It has been corrected and is going through testing. Our intention is to have it back up early next week if no issues are found in testing.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will have it back up as soon as possible.
A new version has been released and is available now.
