Have you tried using an incognito (private) window. Enter community.automationdirect.com and then try to log in?
I have been able to sign into the community using Firefox version 75.0, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
No trouble with latest FF (75.0) download

I had duplicate user name messages early on, but it seems to have corrected itself. Magic
Try the following:
1) Open Firefox
2) enter: https://community.automationdirect.com/secur/logout.jsp into address bar
3) hit enter
4) This should take you to the home page logged out
5) try to log in again using firefox
Nope! Got this after clicking Login. I did leave this forum from Chrome before attempting to login via FF. I am running the same version of FF as kewakl.

and entered the url provided ( step 2)
what happened?
This or did it go to home page logged out?
Entered URL provided in the address bar of new tab and hit enter, and was taken to the forum home page. Clicked Login, and was presented with the above page.
Google says: ( searched Firefox corrupted content error)
Tried those things, too. Still get the Corrupt content error. I even cleared my history cache. :(
