Cannot Import PLC tags from Allen-Bradley PLC to C-More v9.00 software due to GUI-185 error
Hello, I am unable to import tags from my PLC project which is using Studio 5000 v36 saved as an L5K or an L5X file. The error I get is:
Error GUI-185 : Import File is already opened, corrupted or invalid data. Please check the file and import again.
When a coworker imports the same file, he does not receive this error and he is able to import successfully. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, as well as tried all file type imports.

Is the tag database file open in Excel when you attempt to import the database?
No, the file is closed. I've tried with only C-more software open on the computer after a fresh restart as well to eliminate any background processes.
