CM5 ver9.0 beta3 software / hardware new features and security requests
  1. On the "Screen Tag List" window that shows the "Tag Name" and "DataType", can you add a 3rd column labeled "Address" that identifies/shows the actual HMI/PLC address the Tag Name is specifically using.
  2. Independent of other user login credentials, maybe under "Panel Manager", can an option be added to the HMI screen-saver that requires a password (local and remote) to exit the screen-saver mode, similar to what desktop Windows PCs and Macs do.
  3. On instances when HMI remote access is NOT using VPN, but rather a static IP and port-forwarding, can some form of 2FA or MFA be implemented to add another layer of security when accessing a CM5 from a desktop browser or the phone app?

    1. We definitely agree. We have requested this and hope to get it in a future version.
    2. This is a good idea. We will add this to our list.
    3. That is a tough one we will have to think about.
