Productivity Suite will not open tag database window. Was running 4.5 with same issue. Just upgraded to 4.6 same issue. Project for P1-M412-16dr

    I tested this on my end and everything is working as expected.

     

    A few things to check:

     

    1. Is this a new project? If you create a new project and then select the P1-622, does the issue still occur?
    2. Please try going to Tools > Reset Screen Layout. Does the issue continue after doing that?
    3. Have you tried right-clicking the ProSuite icon and selecting Run as administrator?
    4. You may also want to uninstall the software, then reinstall version 4.6.0.37 by right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as administrator. After reinstalling, does the issue still persist?
    5. What operating system are you installing the software on?

    I did restart an run as an administrator. Seems to be working correctly now. Thanks for the Tools > Reset Screen Layout tip. I was playing around with UDI and the UDI Management didn't have a close X on it either. Don't remember having to run ProductivitySuite as Administrator in the past. But hey its working, so moving on to the next gremlin..
