Micky (Customer) asked a question.
StrideLinx VPN Not Connecting
Setup a Stridelinx VPN and things worked as supposed to be from our office. Installed it at customers site and it won't connect. I think customers IT is blocking it from phoning out.
These are the addresses they sent me that the Stridelink is trying to phone out to and wanted to know if they are correct so they can allow them through.
The addresses will vary depending on what server you are connecting to. Below is a link to an article on the ports used for the protocols. Your network admin should make sure these port numbers are allowed.

You can also try to connect with Stealth mode. If this works it really just points out the network admin is blocking something.

If your VPN router is not connecting to the VPN Server this is a network issue and the above articles I sent you address that. The issue is with the network as you have stated it worked with your home network. The network admin needs this info to make sure they are allowing the router connection to the VPN Server.
Just to share what we wound up doing to eliminate a lot of frustration dealing with customers' IT departments, and where some customers outsourced their IT. (Even if you get it working, IT will change a setting and you're offline!) We changed to the Stride cellular VPN. Yes, it has a cell service fee, but the customers were happy to pay the fee to keep their systems online for their data collection and monitoring.
