First application with PS-AMC1, I have a Teknic's SDSK motor connected to the PS-AMC via a signal conditioner as the outputs from the PS-AMC1 are low level and Teknic requires higher voltages. I can get scaling, and motion to occur, but even though I see the limit inputs 4 & 5 change state, pulses continue to get sent to the motor, eventually running it into a hard stop.

I've been discussing with Wayne via E-mail, but thought I would post here to see if other have experienced the same issue.

Couple thoughts I'm going to try

1. Aux 24 VDC is not connected and system is working, going to connect this up and see if has something to do with the internal pull up resistors.
2. may roll back or look for a firmware match for controller & PSAMC
3. Connect the drive through the Enable output to see if the limits drop the enable.
