How can I connect to an EA1-T6CL HMI?
I have a screen of this model, but I have already tried connecting with several versions of the C-more software and none of them can find the screen. Even when I see the port that opens (COM) and select it in the program, it doesn't find it and displays or throws an error.
Is the HMI on the setup screen?
Negative, the HMI is currently running an application. What I want to do is upload (pull) the program from the HMI. Does this model need to be on this screen to do that?
I never used that model but I assume it needs to be on that screen for any kind of transfer. Worth a shot anyway.
OK, I'm going to try it with the old software version I have, since I tried with the newest version of C-more and it didn't work.
I didn't think an EA-1 could be accessed via the newest C-more. Different software.
Not confident on that model, but should be able to hold F1 and F5 to get it into setup screen and then you can try to connect.
Yeah, I have a hunch the OP is not on the setup screen.
You will need this software to connect to your C-More. "C-more Micro Programming Software"
Not sure if you can still download it or not.
The newest version is 4 years old.
