Bug Fixes:
1. UDI: Fixed a problem where copying a task with a UDI could corrupt a project if a UDI parameter had been deleted.
2. UDI: Fixed an issue where right-clicking on “assignment required” in a nested UDI displayed incorrect text.
3. UDI: Fixed a problem where Find/Replace did not work in UDI instructions when “Use Structure” was checked.
4. UDI: Fixed an issue where changing the scope of a UDI parameter that is a PDS element from Local to In/Out could cause problems with
existing UDI instances.
5. UDI: Fixed an issue where opening a corrupted project could result in duplicate UDI definitions.
6. UDI: Parameters based on a UDS structure containing discrete I/O may result in unexpected GUI behavior.
7. UDI: Creating a UDT structure tag as an array () can cause the element tag names to change unexpectedly.
8. P1 Mini PLC: Fixed an issue where duplicate input tags could be created on a P1 Mini PLC when replacing a module using drag 'n drop.
9. P1 Mini PLC: Fixed an issue that allowed a P1 power supply to be added to the hardware configuration for a P1 Mini PLC.
10. Px-622, P1-412: Corrected email attachment size calculations so the 15 MB maximum limit is properly enforced.
11. Px-622, P1-412: Fixed a condition where connecting to a CPU from the GUI could cause memory corruption.
12. Corrected the availability of the “Web server only” role in security account settings.
13. Fixed a problem where ladder logic could become corrupted if it contained an STA instruction created in version 3.10 or earlier.
14. Corrected validation so a “Run when called” task no longer compiles when it contains a nested CALL instruction.
15. Fixed an issue where replacing any P1000 module with another in the hardware configuration may corrupt the project.

I recently upgraded to Productivity Suite Software, Version 4.5.1.6 in order to use the new UDI feature and while it does work, it is causing me problems when I am working on a PLC program over a StrideLinx VPN connection. Prior to creating and using UDI instructions in my code, 4.5.1.6 worked equally well to the previous version I had been using (4.4.1.19) in terms of responsiveness when turning on monitoring. It was slow and sluggish when used over a StrideLinx VPN, but it did work. After creating and adding UDI's to my code, I find that the monitor feature isn't working well at all. It is so sluggish it is useless, which makes it very difficult to trouble-shoot and check the PLC program running remotely.
@Nixter (Customer) Thanks for reporting this. This is a known issue and we’ve already implemented a fix. The behavior occurs when monitoring tasks include UDIs. The fix will be included in the next major software release.

Do you have an estimate when the next major software release will be? Fixing this monitoring issue would go a long way towards making my remote work much more productive.
I was testing the UDI functionality for V4.5.1.6. A few problems...
1) I have a lot of Ins and Outs. You can't see more than 16 variables on the ladder. Can you allow us to view over 16?
2) When an instance of the UDI block is placed into the ladder logic, It rearranges the variable by alphabetical order. It should leave the order alone. Please fix.
2) I added comments to all of my in/out/local variables. After I closed the project and came back in, they were all gone! Please fix.
3) When you add an instance of the UDI to the ladder logic, you can choose "Use Structure" to create an instance of the UDI variable. All the comments that I used when I constructed my UDI are NOT copied to the instance! It just fills it with the main UDI's comment from the Properties Tab and not the individual comments from the Parameters Tab. Please fix.
@PCSPHK (Customer) #3 comments issue has been fixed with 4.6.0.37. Other items are on our list of improvements.
