Productivity Suite Software, Version 4.5.0.34

We are pleased to announce the release of Productivity Suite software, version 4.5.0.34

Improvements:

1. Added User Defined Instructions (UDI), allowing users to create custom instructions tailored to their specific automation needs.

2. Introduced a Task Library option in the Import menu.

3. Enhanced software and project security.

4. Added support for new P1-622 CPU, P1-412 CPU, and P1-M4xx/P1-M622 series PLC's (17 variations).

5. Px-622: Webserver Port new default of 443 is used for HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure).

Bug Fixes:

1. Px-622: Resolved ILL DATA VAL errors when using NETW, RX, & WX instructions with discrete I/O points.

2. Px-622: Corrected RS485 Buffer Full bit operation.

3. P3-622: Fixed E02114 "IM config err" caused by multiple HSI or HSO modules.

4. P3-622: Corrected watchdog timeout and RS base communication issues with multiple HSI, HSO, or SCM modules.

5. P3-622: Fixed data synchronization issues with multiple HSI or HSO modules.

6. P3-622: Ethernet storm can cause the CPU to have Watch Dog Timeout

7. Fixed import failure caused by improper handling of Modbus assignments using UDS tags.

8. MQTT: Corrected errors that could occur when System String tags in Publisher payload fields.

9. Version Control: Addressed conditions where failures could occur without user notification.

10. Fixed software freezing when graphing and using "Print Graph" with network printers.

11. Fixed TAB Key no navigating to the 'Data Type' field in the Define Tags window.

12. Fixed EDS File not interpreting the Connection Path correctly when using 16-bit logical format.

13. Opening CPU configuration no longer forces a Stop Mode transfer when no changes are made.

14. AMC: Backlash compensation not working in some conditions when scaling is used.

15. The Unpack Word Array (UPWA) instruction generates incorrect results when unpacking a 32-bit integer into 16-bit integers.

16. CALL instruction referencing a non-existent Run When Called task will not allow the project to be reopened.

17. CALL instruction allows the user to assign duplicate instance names which will corrupt the project.

18. Creating a new task from the task library that includes UDS tags may result in certain tags not being created.

19. Data View - I/O View does not update consistently if the window is not in focus.

20. All GSW instructions may be removed from the project when opening or reading a project file.

21. Instruction blocks are not scaling properly when the project is printed.

Known Issues:

1. Due to enhanced project security changes, once a project is downloaded to the CPU with Productivity Suite v4.5 and retentive tags are assigned, transferring a project with an earlier Productivity Suite version will erase all retentive tag values.

To capture retentive tag values when reverting from v4.5 to v4.4 (or earlier):

A. In v4.5, Stop Mode transfer to CPU -> choose Copy Current Values and Continue, then save project.

B. In v4.5, export the Tag Database.

C. In v4.4, open the original project and import the exported Tag Database.

D. In v4.4, Stop Mode transfer to CPU -> select Yes when prompted about no retentive tags.
