Every time the power turned on, the plc is on stop mode (green led "RUN" is off) even with the toggle switch on RUN! If I turn the switch off, then on, the plc would be on RUN mode ( green led on).
Am I missing something?

Error code E01802 on your P3-550E CPU indicates a "Retentive Memory error". This is considered a critical error and typically occurs when the CPU's battery is dead or missing. Recommended Action:
If the error persists after replacing the battery and cycling power, further investigation may be required, but in most cases, battery replacement resolves the issue.
Does it matter how long the power is off before this issue presents itself?

Just replaced the battery and it worked! I didn't know low battery putting plc on off mode!
