Introducing IDEM UGB-NET gate boxes, which are designed for installation on machine guard doors, serving as an integrated solenoid locking guard with a double tamper-resistant interlock mechanism. Similar to universal gate boxes, these devices add the ability to communicate over the CIP safety protocol, providing greater functionality and easier integration.

These boxes offer high-level RFID-coded interlocking and machine control in a single unit. They are capable of holding guards closed with a holding force of up to 3,000N. These boxes can be used in conjunction with delay timers for added safety. They provide integrated machine control functions with an emergency stop button and three built-in user-configurable illuminated buttons, plus five colored lenses for application flexibility. They are available in right- or left-hand mount styles.
