Nh1971 (Customer) asked a question.
I am using Do-more designer and making a simple program in simulation mode. The logic works. I would like to tie this into Node-RED. I have attempted to do so, but it doesn't seem to be working.
Is it even possible to use Do-More in simulation mode and then tie into Node-RED?
I am using control bits for everything, which I think Node-RED should be able to see. For example, My X0 sets a C100, which would be "100" in Node-RED. (I have used OpenPLC with Node-RED successfully for this same type of simple program, without using any actual hardware.) (Using Modbus presently, as I did with my OpenPLC project)
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Nh1971 (Customer)
Yes, this is possible with the Do-More Simulator. Note that the addresses are MC, MI, and MHR in the PLC simulator. (M- Modbus)
You can also do this with REST API.
