Mininum Starting Frequency, how do I apply ?
Motor always starts at 0hz, I tried set minimum frequency to 12hz in P133 and that don't helps. Often got overload faults at either start of acceleration ramp or end of deceleration ramp. Motor is rated at 4.5A and max amp is set to 9A, still does it.
I uses SoftPLC program to run WEG CFW300 vfd. What can I do to reslove this ?
I haven't used a WEG but I think more detail as to how & what you are using it for will help.
Is it Fan or constant torque?
Is the motor capable of driving the load without the VFD?
Are you sure you are not having a mechanical issue?
What are the ramp times? Have you tried extending them?
Other parameter settings?
Yes, a nice parameter disclosure of relevant settings would help!
