Commissioning PAL-EIP LED Fails To Change State, Blinks Amber
I am commissioning a PAL-EIP. Have it assembled. Connect power while depressing (holding) pushbutton under access plate. External LEDs never flash and Internal LED continues to flash Amber/orange at the same continuous rate.
Please advise
There are 2 small dip switches next to the rotary switches in that module.
Can you verify these dip switches are both set to the downward position (OFF)?
Power down the unit, move both switches to Off and reapply power.
If this doesn't correct your issue, I would recommend contacting returns.
