I am unable to get the XG5000 program to open on my laptop. I have tried heaps of different version from 4.72 to 4.77. The only version I can get to open is 4.27 but my programs are saved as in later versions. How do I fix this?
I have tried many different versions and shut down firewalls and anti-virus software. I am out of ideas.
The error "Cannont create XGService component" has popped up a few times also to which I have uninstalled and installed the program again with the same result.
Please help
Can you run XG5000 as an administrator?
I have tried with no avail.
The advice I have been give is to try on another pc.
I think it is my pc blocking a file from being loaded which will prevent the app to load.
Can you install it to the program files directory instead of the root C:\?
