When I connect from SureMotion Pro to STP-DRV-80100 (that I had deployed 3 years ago) in order to check current settings, I get below Error Message.
I downloaded 'STP-DRV_107P' firmware file from downloads page, extract it, and tried to download to the driver as described in the error message, but this time I got 'driver send error' message.
Does anybody have an idea how to solve this issue? (Please note: a case number from Technical Support is already assigned for this problem of mine, but I wanted to ask to the community to check if anybody has experienced this before)
BTW: The motor STP-MTRH-34127 is NOT listed in SureMotion Pro; what needs to be done in this case?
