Has anyone else experienced issues with the USB adapter communicating with Protos X?

The adapter appears in the device list with a valid driver, but it won't connect with the configuration software. Tech support suggested that it could be an antivirus or firewall issue. However, our I.T. department has checked all the Cloudstrike logs and found no evidence of blocked connections.

The setup application opens without any problems, but the baud rate settings are grayed out.
