Hi has anyone worked with Viewmarq display to communicate with emerson Rx3i PLC? Kindly advise or provide some insight. I am very new to the PLC world.
Using Emerson (GE) PLC Rx3i. Thinking of using the serial card CMM004 for sending a message to the View Marq LED display.
Not sure how to send a print instruction from the PLC to the display. Is there any trigger command for the display to accept messages?
The do more plc example does not help my Rx3i PLC. please provide any examples if you have worked on any such similar application.
Recommend that you go to Emerson’s forum/site to get expertise on how to do raw ASCII out or embed ASCII data into a Modbus payload.
