How to troubleshoot stride IO ethernet connection issues?
I have recently purchased a stride IO (SIO-MB04ADS) and cannot connect to it via ethernet. I could use some help with the trouble shooting. I have tried to ping the device, which was unsuccessful I have also use the INIT function with no success. Every time I try to connect it just says connection time out. Thank you.
What IP address are you entering into your web browser? Is your PC on the same subnet as the Stride I/O?
