The issue is normally closed. I have never found one that is NC. My solution in the past was using Agricultural motorized ball valves that run on 12vdc with an AGM battery and wall wart charger. Controlled by a relay a power failure closes the valve from the battery. This method has an additional advantage. A small AGM battery can put out a lot of current for a short period of time unlike a power supply. So when a power fail occurs and 15 valves all need to close at the same time it works just fine.
do you need a single acting or double acting valve? and is there any preference on material, brass, stainless, or plastic?
Valworx is easy to work with if you just need a few.

There is a plethora of spring closed pneumatic ball and butterfly valves on the market, not pinch, but ball or butterfly.
