Please be advised that AT&T will be updating their network on February 22, 2022 which will disconnect StrideLinx cellular routers unless they are upgraded to firmware v3.21 or later.

Please connect your router to the StrideLinx platform and upgrade the router firmware from the Fleet Manager App (StrideLinx 2.0) or Devices → Router Name →Info (Original StrideLinx cloud). This ensures continued connectivity on AT&T’s network. 

Please make sure your firmware is updated prior to February 22, 2022 or you will need to locally upgrade the firmware.
