BRX with Prosense flow meter totalizer

I have a Pro sense flowmeter 4-20 mA = 0-13.2 GPM into a INTEGRAT sample time of 1.000s and a scale factor of 0.0166667. This block does total for me but my math is off when compared to another flow meter. How do I calculate the scale properly?

How much is it off? That is the correct scale factor for 1s sample time and GPM. Is your scaled value coming into the INTEGRAT correct?

I ran 30 gallons and the INTEGRAT only ready 25. I have the input scaled 4-20 = 0-13.2 on the input.

It could be that your scaling/signal is off or you're potentially reading off of the wrong channel on the sensor. You could try decreasing the sample time (leave the scale factor the same) and see if that helps. If you have a turbulent/non steady flow, you could be missing counts with a larger sample time.

What model of flow meter are you using and what fluid are you testing the flow with? The fluid could also have a different viscosity than the fluid it was calibrated with and that could cause the discrepancy.
