I contacted AD during the week and they sent this to me

I do not have the old software (15 years ago!) to update, not sure why they would not let you download the full version of such an old program.
The C-More software (version 2.78 and earlier) can open the EZ Touch files created with EZ Touch Editor version 3.1A,
I can not contact them on a Saturday, so I figured I would try this
Does anyone have a copy they could email me?

On the left, click the C-more EA7 Series, the next page will have V2.78 with service pack 2 available.
The EA7 Series software requires a key code to make it functional.
Note:
The key code is located on the inside cover of the CD case that came with the original software.

The EZTouch Software, v3.1a and earlier were licensed to AutomationDirect by AVG (now EZAutomation). We cannot legally provide the software to you.
If you have a panel you need to retrieve the project from, I believe Technical support will read the project from the panel if you sent it in but you have to arrange that with them. Don't just send in the panel.
You may have to contact EZAutomation and see if they can provide the software to you.
What do you have exactly, a project or a panel?
I need the software package before C-more, this is my problem, who knows where any of that stuff from over 15 years ago went!
Have you tried contacting EZAutomation? I found them through a Google search.
