I have had good luck with the Fuji contactor and then IEC Manual Motor Protector is the way I currently go.

Add aux contact for Contactor they come with none and I add aux contacts for IEC Manual Motor Protector for overload contact, this provide disconnect means short circuit protection and overload protection all in one product. Or: If you prefer standard overload relay to mate with contactor above. Still I order aux for contactor so I know when contactor is pulled in.
