Auto-discover ProtosX- from Prosuite

I have been trying to enter the configuration of my protos X using the auto discover but I dont Know what i am doing wrong because I do not have communication between my protos and my plc yet.

 

I hope you can help me to solve this little doubt.

    Referencing help topic P200:

     

    Note: Both PX-TCP1 and TCP2 must have an IP address 10.20.100.x (last octet is set by dip switches) and subnet mask 255.255.0.0 when placed on Remote I/O port. These are the default settings out of the box.

     

    Can you connect to the coupler via the programming cable and verify the IP address?

     

    Verify the dip switch settings?

     

    What part number coupler are you using?

     

    How do you have the coupler connected to the remote i/o port? Directly or thru it's own unmanaged switch?
