C-More HMI just stays at touch screen calibration

I just opened the box and connected the power. The HMI showed a '+', I played with it 5 cycles and each cycle has 5 points. It just looped without go further. What should I do?

 

** PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THAT THE DEFAULT SETTING IS TO RUN 6 CYCLES.

    Remove the screen protector, as it may be interfering with screen calibration.

    The smaller the screen the more difficult the calibration becomes. Please remove the protective sheet as Todd suggests, and use a stylus of sorts to calibrate carefully. You should have success. I know this can be frustrating.
