Productivity Suite request; online rung editing and test BEFORE it's accepted.
It would be nice if one could test a rung before it is accepted while online to the PLC. This is a function of the RSLogix software, and makes debugging easier.
When making a rung edit while online to a PLC in RSLogix, the software creates an exact copy of the rung and it sits below the rung your editing. You make a change to your rung, and you can "test edit." If you're happy with your change, you can "accept edit," and the exact copy disappears. But, if your edited rung does not work as expected, you can "cancel edit," and the rung reverts back to its original.

This is one of the reasons that I would use an always off bit on the rung being edited first. If everything looks good then I would turn this into an normally closed always off bit. (always on) Eventually removing the bit altogether. This way I can quickly undo the code when troubleshooting.
I have worked with RSLogix and it is a nice feature.
Having the ability to monitor the bit/register status while online editing would be also a nice feature.
