how can I make a gs3 drive work a reverse analog signal ( 0 - 10volt). start at 60 hz @ 0 volts and 10hz @ 10 volts when drive is told to run in forward only for a pump, need to keep GPM the same as tanks cycle on / off. I have tried using negative input offset but it not working right. Any idea's??

If the anlog speed command to the drive is controlled by a PLC, you can do the arithmetic there and output 10 volts when you want the drive to output 10 Hz and zero volts when you want it to run at 60 hz.

Can you elaborate on what the results were when you tried this? The first thing that comes to mind is: with centrifugal pumps the flow may shut off at somewhere around 40 hz.

    Pump to keep about 45GPM

Yes, I need to keep the pump GPM around 40-45 GPM at all times. i have tried using the reverse output from analog setup wizzard. But it still works .5 volts = 10HZ and 10 volts = 60HZ.

not sure what i am doing wrong

Just a thought, but, did you issue a stop command to the drive after making the changes? Some drives won't accept a change like you are attempting to make while in run mode for equipment safety reasons.

Can you list the values in your setup, P4.01, P4.02, P4.03, P4.04?
