I have been running a Sure Servo with the H2-CTRIO for 6 months with no trouble and all of a sudden it seems like the pulse count is somehow resetting itself randomly. I run a homing routine and then reset the count to 0 in the CTRIO and then run a sequence of moves always ending up at 0 again. Now all of a sudden even though the PLC shows that it has made it back to the starting point it hasn't in reality, kind of like something was slipping in the power train but everything seems to be tight. I checked the program and it doesn't look like I am accidental stomping on the reset bit, I don't have an input assigned as a reset in the card or even wired up for that matter. Anything else that could be effecting the counter to make it think it has traveled farther than it actually has?
