Hi, I have a DL06 PLC with two discrete input modules (D0-16ND3); I have two issues. 1. One module only returns appears to signal on the first 4 inputs (X100,X101,X102,X103); whereas the other one reads all 16. I switched card-slot positions and the same card hard the same issue. Is this likely a faulty module? 2. My odd X's are paired. When I turn on X201, X205 is also on (and vice versa). Same occurs for the following pairs: X203/X207, X211/X215, X213/X217. Occurs on both cards. I did not put an application on the PLC. It may be wiring issue. Any advice on what the issue might be or how to troubleshoot it? Thanks!

On the first module do you have the common connected on each of C0-C3?
When you say turn on X201, this means an input is applied?

Yes. To prove it I switch the extension modules and the one that works can read from those inputs.
Yes, that is what I mean. I probably use poor terminology.

Are you wiring directly or are you using a ziplink module? This sounds like miswiring especially commons.
