I have just installed 2 9 slot -1 bases, with the D2-CM and 2 x D2-EM. 260 CPU comes on and works, CM lights up, but no lights or functional comms thru the 2 - D2-EM's. Both bad out of the box??

Check to make sure the units are properly seated to the bases. I noticed when I installed mine, it was hard to align the pins, I had to install them couple times. The one did not "feel right " when I tried to tightned the screws to the side of the base.

CM module is set to 1?
Both EM modules set to ON for term?
Do you see the expansion base at all under PLC/Config IO?

NO, the PLC will not recognize the expansion at all.
Trying to ensure all of the connectors are seated, they look fine.
Still not lights, tried CM on all 4 settings, and both switches are up.
Now what, this is VERY frustrating!

Where did you get the cables connecting the EM modules? Are they pinned 1-1,2-2 and so on? If not they are the wrong cables.
