DirectSoft 5 Zoom In/Out

When Iam in the ladder view and I choose to either zoom in or zoom out, it takes about 50 seconds before the zoom operation is completed. I never had this problem while running DirectSoft 32 on my Windows 2000 desktop. I would like to know if this is a bug in DirectSoft5?

I would do a complete uninstall/reinstall. The zoom operation has nothing that is time consuming.
Once it is done, is everything "normal " - i.e. everything is zoomed correctly, you can scroll thru ladders, edit ladders, etc.?
Anything else strange (not related to zooming)???
