H2-CTRIO Counter Reset help

I have the counter module setup as quadrature count on A and B. When I monitor the I/O from CTRIO Workbench it shows the reset highlighted in green. If I toggle A and B I see them turn ON in the status display. Yet the module never counts. Do I need to do something special with the reset for the module? I have the reset unassigned in the I/O config. I found mu solution over the weekend. This message may be deleted by ADMIN or MOD.(edited 05-12-2003)by jdegama.]
