I'm considering using LookoutDirect installed on a PC connected to a DL450 cpu via the RS232 port. I will have another PC connected to the other RS232 port on the DL450 also with LookoutDirect. This is to allow operation from either station. Does anyone have any pros or cons about this setup? I'd sure like to hear from anyone using LookOut.

I have not done that with serial ports. But, I have done that with ethernet, and had no problems.
