Soft Starters and Overload Relays

I will be using a SR33-132 Soft Starter for a 100 HP motor. The manual shows that an overload relay is required but doesn't give any suggestions. What would be recommended in this application, say Trip class 5? What would an AD pt. no. be? Thanks....
