I'm have a random issue where one of my drives ( 1 of 11) is losing the mod bus settings and reverts to default. I'm not writing any thing other than the freq ref and the run command. I'm using a p3k and the drive is wired into the gsedr100 Ethernet adapter. I am reading motor speed, load, amps, volts, status...

Try cycling power immediately after changing the settings. If that doesn't do it, check your settings in the P3k software in the remote IO set up page.

I know the word "random " is self-explanatory but, can you think of anything that happens just prior to the loss? I was experiencing the same type of thing with GS Drives, P3K and EDRV Modules and came to find out that whenever you do a Program X-fer or power up the P3K/EDRV will overwrite the programmed settings in the drive. Once I assigned the values in the Hardware config section in Pro Suite, everything was OK. Just a thought..
