The lighthouse is no longer showing up in my system tray (Lookout Direct)

After installing Lookout Direct and Direct Soft the lighthouse appeared in the system tray as usual- I believe this is showing that the Citadel database is up and running. I haven't reconfigured much on the computer but it no longer show up after I load windows. Any ideas why? I 've looked for a startup application or service but I haven't found the one related to it..
