I'm looking at the subject sensors to detect when large load (compressors, furnaces, etc.) are running. The motors are controlled by other systems (pressure switches, thermostats, etc.) but I want to monitor just their on-off state. I will be hooking these into a D2-32ND3 input module. For other switches using this input module I run a 24VDC line to the location of switches and common all the switches to this line. The other side of each switch returns to an input on the D2-32ND3. The Commons on the module are all grounded. Is this how I'd wire these sensors? I'd run one 24VDC to the sensors and hook one side of all the sensors to the line. Then take a separate wire for each sensor back to the input module? The specs talk about N.O. contacts (good) and then confuse me by talking about amps of A/C output. Has anyone used these sensors in the way I describe? Thanks in advance for your comments. Roger
