Finally got the program finished and got all the rest of the parts in. Went out on Monday and installed the unit. With a little tweak here and there.... shes working perfectly. Thanks for all the help!! How hard is it to use analog inputs for temp and pressure with this thing? Any other parts I need to do so? Looks like thats where im heading next!! Heres some pics of before and after. Any comments positive or negative are welcome.

I just got around to reading this multi-part thread.

    The after pics look great.

Kudos on figuring out some of your hurdles!

Simply stating your problem will sometimes allow the thought process to get started.

Someone also mentioned writing your system operation on paper. It really helps.

For some of the more complicated processes, I FLOWCHART

It is amazing how much understanding you can gain about your process by documenting.

Beautiful job - really nice work!

But how did you program the function of the relay at the top center of the old panel, with just one wire connected? I can't seem to find a ladder instruction for that :)
