Hi all, I recently installed the Productivity Suite software onto my Windows 10 laptop. I can open the software and even edit rungs and setup the hardware however any time I go to save the file the software crashes. The same thing also happens if I click to open a project. The software version is 3.2.1.1 and I 've had the same issue with 3.1.1.1 that I had installed before. So far I 've tried: Uninstalling/Reinstalling (ran setup as Admin) Unchecked the read only in the folder properties Rebooted the machine, multiple times Run the software as admin Uninstalled/disabled all antivirus software Installed all available Windows updates If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate it as I 've spent a couple hours trying to sort this out instead of programming. Thanks!

Is this a relatively new laptop, or one that you’ve upgraded to Windows 10? If so, what was the original operating system? Is it a 32 or 64 bit OS?
Please check that your laptop meets the minimum requirements to operate the software:

Also, can you confirm where on your laptop (specific drive location) that the software is installed?
Where are you saving the file when it crashes?
Where are you opening from when it crashes?

Looks like the issue was oddly with my God Mode icon on my desktop.
I got rid of this and the issue disappeared.
Kevin from Tech Support pointed me this direction. I would never have figured this out on my own.
